Honestly, I can't think of another MLBTS game in which there were this many issues in hitting, pitching and fielding. No wonder total sales have gone down every year since 14. This makes me extremely sad as a player since 06 because it feels like we have an era that's coming to an end.

IMO it feels like they almost half assed this year because they know they have next gen coming next year. So I would wait until next years game to start worrying about an era coming to an end, its obviously not a good look on SDS right now, but they can still fix this game, it just may be a little more difficult with the current situation.

I sure hope so. The fact that this game was released like this is a slap in the face to all of us.
I mean it's not new in the game industry, the past 5 years or so publishers have been throwing out incomplete games to maximize profit. I also think thats what people need to understand, the developers don't make decisions on content, price of content, or release dates, that is all the publisher, so calling for the devs to lose their jobs isn't really right. I imagine if you asked any dev if they would rather push back a release to work out any major bugs they would overwhelmingly say yes, but they have bosses too and those bosses want to make money so they set a deadline and w.e the devs have by then is what gets released. It then becomes the devs problem to fix everything, I just hope we can all get back to work so we can all stop worrying about this game so much and it'll give the devs a chance to fix the game in full.

I typically do, but since the latest patch I have had nothing but fielding bugs happen, I wasn't experiencing any of these prior to the patch. In some cases a fly ball will be hit, it will switch to my player, but my player hasn't moved from his spot, and I can't move him at all, he is just locked in that position.
