Theme Team Power Rankings - What's your opinion?

I implemented this report into my Show Scout web app to rank the teams based on each teams best possible lineup. It uses a weighted average
Calculates an Overall Score using a weighted average: (Lineup Score * 50%) + (Rotation Score * 30%) + (Bullpen Score * 20%). Each component score is the average Meta Score of the best players for that role.
The top 3 lineup scores are
- Mariners (probably thanks to that new Griffey Jr card)
- Twins
- Yankees
The Top 3 Rotations
- Boston
- Dodgers
- Brewers
Top 3 Bullpens
- Dodgers
- Padres
- Yankees

If there are flaws I would love to know. Even though it is free and anyone can use it, nobody really is except me and there is only so much testing that I can do, especially since I don't know other teams cards that well.

I'm curious if it double counts the 1000 cards
Also what happens if you take Beltran out of the Mets team (And Hodges/Clemens from their teams, but they will still be just fine) -

Also what happens if you take Beltran out of the Mets team (And Hodges/Clemens from their teams, but they will still be just fine)It should not double count any duplicate card for a player. It is filling out an optimal squad for the team and then only coming up with the score based on that lineup and pitching staff.
There is no way to remove any players from the report.
I have changed the main page so that the meta score is displayed and can be sorted on. So you could choose a team, choose all batters and then sort descending on meta and kind of see for yourself

It's too bad it doesn't count the fun factor with each team because they are not all the same. Doing TA missions with the Giants, A's, Pirates and even the Rockies is a blast but some teams like the White Sox and Blue Jay's is just a drag. Could just be me but it's night and day between some of them.

Yeah, this is strictly a data focused repirt. There is a lot of subjectivity when it comes to best cards. Do you perform well with them? Dio you like their stance? Do you hate the team?
