    Any reason I have support tickets unanswered for over 1 month? I’ve put in 2 about the same subject and never received even a confirmation that they received it outside the automation provided to Zendesk. Are there no queue watchers?

    That's clearly unacceptable. But, having support tickets ignored for just one month is child's play in comparison to many other issues, some bugs going three years now still present in the game despite customers providing to SDS extremely detailed troubleshooting that nailed down tightly the exact situation causing the bug to activate.

    @GrandBigB_XBL @grandbigb_MLBTS There are a lot of tickets they won't respond directly back with. Some examples would be if you had reported someone's gameplay, logo, or team name. There reason is that they cite the privacy of the other user and won't disclose any actions taken against that person or if there was or was not any actions taken. There are some other items they don't respond back to but will still address would be things like inventory or small account issues, but you would see the issue resolved when they get around to it. However, I would say it is a bigger issue if it is some kind of account issue that still hasn't been resolved and no communication. Since we don't know what the issue is and we don't work for SDS, we can't help you here unfortunately.

    Sorry for the lack of context. There are 2 tickets I put in. 1. I wanted to see the status of my account, as I am banned. There has been no communication about why the ban occurred, nor any response to the request to find out more about it.
    2. One of the more problematic, has been the fact I requested my data and personal information that is held by SDS, and did not receive a response in regards to that either, which being that there are privacy laws pertaining to this, is nuts I haven’t even gotten a simple reply.
