Where and how do I create my cheers etc

There is no such option that I am aware of. Sound of the show used to allow customers to assemble their own music packages to be played in the game, but that option only existed for Playstation consoles and was abandoned several years ago.

The most frustrating part- They haven't bothered to remove the option to select that despite it not even being usable anymore
