CPU teammates make horrible decisions

So I’m playing as my pitcher I’m in a no out guy on first situation and the batter hits a little jam shot into right field. It’s an inbetweener so the guy on first doesn’t run. Instead of just playing it on a hop and throwing the guy out at second the right fielder dives and it gets by him. This is in a one run game too. If anyone ever does this in an actual game they are going to the bench immediately.

It happens both ways though. I get that sometimes with my 2nd baseman while hitting. Only one was an inside the park homer though. It's better this way IMO than it was a couple years ago where they never missed diving plays.

They don't have to make diving plays anymore because the line drives are hit right at them so they don't need to move
