Warped pitches on WC

Has anyone experienced what feels like warped pitches during the WC ? The best way I can explain it is there is almost a hiccup or slight pause but then the game suddenly fast fowards through the pitch. Sometimes it happens when swinging as well. It’s making it extremely hard to time the ball up. Almost as if HOF suddenly feels like legend or even GOaT at times. I can’t catch up to the fastball hardly at all. And the break on pitches really breaks. Once again it feels like there’s a brief pause then the game overcompensates and presses play so it fast forwards extremely fast for a split second.
I’m at a loss and just want to know if this happens to others -

I’m at a loss and just want to know if this happens to othersYes it is a real thing. It happenes because of bad internet to internet communication. So either your internet took a hit and is running slower or thiers is or in my case sometimes my kids are running thier switch, tv, wife on her phone and tv all while I'm trying to play. Best advice i can give is make your console hard lined with an ethernet cable and set it up as priority 1 for internet so anyother device on you connection loses speed before your console.
Just for 100% transparency there are players (not saying everyone) that run cronos. This is apparent when every pitch they throw is a perfect the whole game.

@Rhyno1986_XBL I run very fast fiber download and upload speed of around 700. Hardwired straight to router. Do you mind explaining how to do the other things mentioned ? Thank you

So with my setup I have a satellite set-up for wifi with 1 of the satellites in my game room and directly hard lined in to my xbox. On my set-up I have an app that allows me to designate what devices receive upload priority and speed first. Only have mine set at 60% priority would probably have better speed if I set it to 80, but then my wife and kids would probably wonder why they can't stream a show lol. I believe (could be wrong) but under ypur console settings I believe for both Xbox and ps you can find a setting that allows you to make the console priority download too.

Maybe it's due to the Internet connection; however, I'm not entirely sure this isn't just part of the game. Even when I'm grinding offline, a lot of the cpu's 4-seam fastballs feel like they have a minuscule pause right before I swing (almost like it's a cutter) that turns a good/perfect into an early foul. Could just be my aging eyes playing tricks though:

@Rhyno1986_XBL I’m going to look into this. Thank you. I typically run very fast internet from a loft living with my girl. She does work from home but even when she isn’t I have issues. Honestly I even get framerate and other issues offline which is really odd. Hiccups in gameplay on foul balls u name it. I use to play another couple games years ago. Same internet. They ran extremely smooth offline or online.

@xRatedGProdigyx_PSN my game doesn’t even run smooth offline a lot of the times. When I hit a foul ball or put the ball into play I get framerate issues. My eyes are nearing 40 years of age
but I still feel like I can hop on these pitches quick enough to maintain a 900 rating by end of year. Maybe better this year.
It’s really just so hit or miss this year. Ur either in a good server I feel like and then the next game it plays like trash. WC has been a mess period.
