I'm thinking not. on the calendar there is an entry for program(the HoF program)collection and other stuff then the flashbacks legends collection is listed separately.
I think the new inductees will be in the program/ slash the new deluxe pack will be HoF and it all will have its own collection and the FB/L will be maybe a HoF card maybe something else, though I'm not confident I keep thinking of them having it be one from the 1 st HoF class( -

Another popular prediction, but I doubt it will be Manny simply because the last Legends/Flashbacks reward was Ted Williams and it's just very unlikely they'd go with back-to-back Boston left fielders.
