Missing logos

Not sure how this has happened but I've noticed about once a month or twice a month in diamond dynasty. My custom logos are literally gone such as on my players, jerseys, helmets. Anything I've made is pretty much gone and just erased. I myself have not done anything. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it maybe a hack or is it a conflict of the game? There are some games where my players jerseys will replicate the way they should look with lettering and logos and there are some games online where they come out blank. It's Hit or Miss

When you boot the game, go to team management. If you see the generic logo, exit DD and go back, if it doesn’t work, reboot the game. In my case it always happens when I login, not in the middle of a session.

@yankblan_PSN I tried that about a month ago and still the same thing happens is Hit or Miss. Sometimes my logos are there. Sometimes they're not. Sometimes it's just a blank Jersey that is custom made but the lettering is gone. It's weird
