Because he was voted to the all star game as a DH and has only pithed 6 innings this year?

I don't think they've created a Shohei Ohtani pitcher card in almost two years (other than Live)

He also hadn't pitched in nearly 2 years. Even this year he has only thrown 6 innings in 4 starts.
