Created managers and coaches

It's time to have the ability to create and edit managers and coaches. When a manager change is made, I want to be able to replace that manager with the person that actually replaced him. Not the generic manager/coaches.
Would be awesome to finally have retired players enter the manager/coaches pool, too. Would be cool to see Clayton Kershaw be a pitching coach. Or, Byron Buxton be a 1st base coach. Or, Luis Torrens become a manager one day.
