Network error has occurred then blue screen

Was recently playing a game online up 7-0 in the 8th inning, connection perfect then suddenly get a blue screen saying a network error has occurred
Only option was to say ok or report error... once I hit ok it loaded mlb the show right back up
Of course I got the L but never lost connection. Has this happened to anyone? And does anyone know what happened?
It wasent like the normal lost connection to opponent and return to lobby option.

Gave me an error number too, did I get glitched or what happened
Frustrating bc I’m 34-10
Yet one of my losses has come from guy pausing game when I’m up 10-0 and the screen freezing and my timer running out
Then this in the 8th inning up 7-0
