Please focus on fixing the Vaults many server errors

Since the game went to more platforms, four years ago, we've been stuck with a shoddy Vault. The player creation Vault is a big issue for MANY players, because we often can't download a player, with that page stuck loading. I find myself having to close out the game, restart it, go back to that search, find that player, only to run into the same issue.
Rating logos, rosters, players works, but 95% of the time we're met with handling exception errors.
The rest of the game itself works incredibly well! There's stuttering when tabbing teams, something that didn't exist before multiplatform, and these issues, coming from someone whom has been in quality assurance for 12 years, need to be addressed, yesteryear!
May I seem snarky, whatever, but c'mon guys... you've got the BEST sports game on the market. You've got the only officially licensed MLB game, but you can't get lazy on us. The game was far more stable when it was an exclusive to Sony consoles.
