Pack luck lately

Anybody got and good diamond pulls lately. Over the last week I have grinded team affinity and color storm very hard. I have got at least 200 standard packs over that bring including ballin’ and crescent delux packs. My pulls have been awful. I have pulled no 90+ diamonds. I have pulled Turner and Elly. My crescent packs, I’ve had about a half dozen maybe more. Have got Pages several times and Trammel several times. Have got none of the more pricey ones. So please, someone tell me they’ve pulled Ohtani, Judge, Tatis. Or Candelaria or Bichette. It’s been bad. I’ll get 40 standards at a time and don’t even want to open them. Waste of time. Quick sell all. Wish we had a quick sell all button or a new team affinity exchange, maybe for color storm. Pack odds are brutal!

Today I pulled LS Skubal in a Ballin' is a Habit pack. That was like 40K in stubs. I think it was earlier this week when I pulled a LS Mike Trout from one of those packs as well.

Had blue lights and shortstop pop up a few days ago, it was Bichette, a little disappointed but not really cause he was 150 at the time and can complete moonshot without buying an expensive one now.

I have LS done so I’m not too concerned with my pulls any more. But I opened about 250+ packs in the last week and my best pull was Mullens from the chase pack in the flash sale. So realistically nothing for free

Wanted Witt jr,don't have him but can't say I'm that disappointed that I got Bichette,still a good pull

With all the packs I earned for doing all the teams color rush the only one I pulled decent was Betts which was nice. What hurts is I had 3 chase packs pop up in random base packs and all 3 were 3k qs diamonds

Another useless thread. Why is it so hard to understand statistics and odds … It is like: „Hey I bought 200 lottery tickets, where are my millions?“ … (Yes, I know that the DD-odds are better … it just feels like that reading these threads

)While I agree with this I do feel ever since they started making it very easy to earn free packs the odds seem to get worse each year. This year it seems ridiculously easy to earn packs, I'm opening anywhere from 30 to 50 a day. Opened 120 yesterday and the results were awful.
It's kind of a no win for SDS because as much as many would like it, you aren't supposed to complete the live series the first month the game comes out.....but the flip side is, you earn 100s of packs a week and pull squat you're way less likely to shell out money to buy stubs and packs.
SDS spoiled the community and hurt Diamond Dynasty a few years ago by making it so easy to earn packs and cards that almost everyone had a line-up of all Diamonds by the end of the first week from release.
I personally enjoyed the game more when you had to grind longer with silver and gold players. Getting a Diamond in the line up felt rewarding. I liked when you started with a Griffey Jr. Rookie common card and had to work up to the bronze, silver, gold, and then Diamond.
IMO it's way to easy to earn 90% of the Diamonds by the end of April and then near impossible to get the big elusive cards with shelling out cash for stubs. The low end Diamonds being worth 5000 stubs or less by early May is as stupid as the top tier Diamonds going for 300,000 or more. There is zero balance in this game now.

Balance is the key word and there is none of it. The 2% diamond pull rate is blatantly misleading, that’s for all diamond items with most being in the 1K-3K range, as the higher tier diamonds are way, way worse. It’s not 1 in 50 packs it’s 1 in 12,500 packs for the big cards which is comically awful.
That doesn’t equate to millions of dollars from the lotto per yoshi’s comparison but I guess he was trying to make a point to justify the horrendous odds. I lack 4 big cards for Live series which would cost me 1.2 million stubs, so $800 in real money. That’s pretty discouraging after 2.5 months of grinding to say the least. That doesn’t even include the Santana collection where I’m not even close.

Too many low qs cards in circulation now, pulled the premium pack from mini seasons and ended up getting the egg promo, all 3 cards were 85 over with a qs of 1.5k each. Such a letdown.

IMO, this is not a “useless thread” at all. It’s clear that SDS is throttling gameplay XP and high diamond pull rates (among other things) all in the name of “power creep”
This thread ( and others) are just expressing frustration. That’s all. No, the game doesn’t suck, SDS doesn’t suck (or anything like that). We’d just like to be rewarded a bit more than 50+ packs of bronze and silvers when we play.

My son has been playing on his account for a week. Has spent nothing at all, but is taking in packs thanks to TA Color Storm. He has pulled Trout, Skenes and this morning he pulled Soto and MS Sanchez. Meanwhile, I’m pulling MS qs value cards if anything. That’s the way she goes, boys.

Pulled Judge out of standard pack three days ago. Well earned because 700 ABs with 81 Judge. Saw the blue and RF and just knew was him!

I agree … the odds are pretty low …
I do not agree that it is impossible to complete the ls early. I did it very early. I work full-time and put full-focus on Beltran … I grinded everything the game gave me (especially TA) …Yes, I pulled Judge and Marte, but I had to buy all the other big guys. I paid 400K for Ohtani to complete ls by the end of april.
So … it is possible … with full-focus on it (so not Diamond Santander for me in April … I had to live with gold-Santander … and no Roki)Regarding the power creep. I enjoy the early weeks a lot and the most … The thing I do not understand is this desperation about getting some cards that are supposed to be hard to get. I had no problem not having Rolen. No I do have him and tend to keep Headley over there. I had no problem not having Diamond Santander, bc the Gold one was my best hitter through April. I have no problem not having Buxton bc Egg-PCA is a stud in CF and I P5ed egg-RickeyHenderson on my god-squad playing a lot of ranked games (and no, I am not good). I have Egg-DeGrom and I have not played him on my team.
What am I trying to say: Why the hustle for all-the-cards, it is your thumbs that matter not the cards.But I get that these kind of threads will always be in this forum … bc ppl (not you) do not get statistics and will always complain.

I sometimes get this frustration-thing … But this „frustration“ is simply based on wrong expectations. You cannot be frustrated if you do not win the lottery … This „frustration“ will always be there bc ppl expect to pull Ohtani/Witt/Judge at least every (say) 100 packs (and a Marte within the first 50). They do get a diamond and it will never be good enough, unless it gives more stubs than the 50-bundle is worth.
And this is the definition of a „useless thread“
And no, a 50-bundle will not give you all-silvers-and-bronzes … This is just wrong too. But if it makes you happier, then stick to the wrong statements
And no, there is nothing than „lately pack luck“. That is just how statistics work. Sometimes you just open 1 pack and pull a blue diamond … and sometimes ppl win the lottery (which is way harder I get it ) -
Opened 3 packs today and pulled Ohtani. Finished live series. Can never complain about pack luck lol
