    It's been nearly a week...my game played relatively smoothly (with the occasional hiccup) before last weekend's update. Now it constantly freezes in all modes. I'm seeing new promotions and other issues being addressed...is the Xbox issue still being worked on?

    I wonder why it's not happening to some w/ xbox? i have not had a single issue. Very strange.

    @Barfy-Bad-Gas_XBL I've had The Show ever since it moved to Xbox and have never had an issue like this one. Grinded through a Franchise game with constant freezing only for it to reboot my entire system in the 9th inning...losing all progress. So I've tried a couple 3-inning games here and there...last night I had to reboot 3 times just to get into one game.

    I've not experienced this at all. I'm on Series X.

    I have experienced the freezing screens but that's been there since day 1. Happens on PS5 too.

    But nothing breaking for me since the last update last week.

    I know some people suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    But have you tried resetting your console to factory settings and the reinstalling everything again?

    save your franchise to the cloud just in case. if it deletes your franchise then you can always download the last save from the cloud save

    @x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN didn’t work for me, tried twice and still stops the download. Downloads all other games and updates perfectly fine. Feel like I wasted my money /:

    @Brandong98x_XBL did you reset your console. I reset my console with the option to not delete my games . Reinstalled mlb the show, everything is working fine now .

    @jaychvz_XBL yes. Factory reset and wiped all games even. I haven’t played MLBTS 25 prior, first attempt to install and still getting issues

    I found the Solution Uninstall and Reinstall mlb the show 25 it fixed the lagging and freezing issues
