Game is suddenly unplayable with stutters

Ever since last night, my game is unplayable. RTTS and other offline game modes stutter and lag every 10s. Anyone else experiencing this? I've power cycled my Xbox, reset network settings, and cleared cache, yet it remains unplayable. Never had these problems before last night

I’m dealing with the exact same thing man like I literally can’t do anything try to play a game and it’s just like took me almost a half an hour to get through a three game.

@BrandonMLBKing_XBL I also did all the recycling and everything like that. I thought it was probably my Xbox then I was able to play other games and it was perfectly fine so I don’t know. I don’t know what they did with the new update man but [censored] it’s made this game unplayable.

@BrandonMLBKing_XBL yes, ever since the update I had a ton of freezing and stuttering while doing some of the new moments. Thought it was my Xbox. It even shut down on its own a couple times. I gave it up for a couple hours and then tried another game and everything was smooth as usual. Not sure what this update did

Thank you both for validating this. I have been going crazy thinking it's my Xbox. Guess we'll have to wait for a fix. This sucks!

Same thing going on!!! Thought my Xbox was the problem. Hope this gets fixed.

@BrandonMLBKing_XBL so I tried going the uninstall/reinstall route. At first it didn’t work, wouldn’t download past 17.8GB. I ended up trying to download it through the Xbox app and that seemed to work. I tested it this morning and the game seems to be running normally now. No stutters/freezes and it didn’t cause my Xbox to shut itself off haha

Played vs CPU and ranked. No issues. Xbox Series X

Try playing without stutters.

Try resetting your console to factory settings and redownload/install everything as if you just bought the console.
