Lol that is how the game has always been. Do not waste your stubs on packs when the chance of making profit is so low.

I have to say I have the completely opposite opinion. I've packed plenty of good cards so far and have gotten lucky a couple of times with tiers in choice packs.
Having said that, I rarely buy packs. Every stubb that I make goes into collections. However, that's really hard to keep up now that I'm down to collections with expensive cards (... angels...)

I had 10 ballers is a habit pack along with 3 gold 3 silver and 13 regular packs not 1 diamond pull.

I mean packs are never a good idea but I’ve already had more luck this year than past years and I’ve barely bought any packs. I’ve pulled Yates, And Strasburg out of free packs. And trout day 1 out of a 10 pack bundle.

I’ve pulled DeGrom, J Ramirez, Baez, Betts, and Matt Chapman from regular packs.

I’ve opened 5 prospect packs and gotten top tier 3 times.
That said, overall, I’m opening far fewer packs this year than I usually do because the return is always a gamble. More packs doesn’t necessarily mean more diamonds. And because diamonds are relatively inexpensive this year, I’d rather not buy a ton of packs and just buy who I want.

Same. The only decent pull I've had so far was some elite sunglasses, players have been terrible. Every now and then the post game rewards taunt me with a Yelich or something but not once have I got anything good there.

I have had one incredible pack that got me Ty Cobb and Auna Jr. but believe it was bait by SDS. Been chasing that high and ripping packs for weeks since then and have got one gold! LOL

Don't know what happened but my pk luck has been crazy this year pulled evert American lg diamond but the Astros. Was able to unlock Biggo. It'll probably even out later this year tho

I’ve had great luck with free packs which is why I’ve only bought 1 bundle

All free packs here. While there are 1200 players on 30 teams vs 400 FA (3 to 1 ratio of players on teams vs free agents), I stand a better chance of pulling 3 or 4 FA in a pack than getting an actual bronze player that is currently on a team. No Gold or Diamond, so be it. Stop with the 3 to 4 FA in each and every pack.

I’m very fortunate to be able to buy a good Amount of stubs I’ve been splitting the stubs I buy between players and packs to tonight collections

Outside the first inning program which got me the silver player packs - which I pulled Yates - I haven’t gotten a single thing, more frustratingly, 2 daily rewards of diamond equipment so far. Last year a lot of the diamonds I obtained were from post game or that. Owned probably 60 packs so far this year, only golds, and spent the 37k stubs I had at one point on all headliners set, to pull like 1 gold. My luck is garbage anyway. As always, just put the stubs to flipping or completing sets. Luck never seems to be on your side

There is no guarantee that you will get a diamond no matter how many packs you open.
Buying packs should never, in my opinion, be done for any reason other than you just enjoy opening packs. Otherwise it is a waste of stubs. For that 180,000 stubs I think you could have bought any diamond in the game not named Trout. Shoot, you probably could have created a whole team of good low-level diamonds for that same amount of stubs.
When you gamble on long shots you lose the overwhelming majority of the time.

Just pulled a scherzer out of a conquest reward ten pack. It’s all luck if the draw. Try opening ur packs during peak hours.

packs have been juice this year lmao, i pulled 2 diamonds all last year. This year I've pulled around 20-30 already, including Trout & I've open SO SO SO many more packs last year lmao

packs have sucked for me. I wanna do a quick survey. If you have critic SDS here I bet chances are you have packed fewer diamonds than those who kiss [censored]. This year has sucked for me. Last year I pulled diamonds every other day. I have gone about 150 packs with no diamond, even wasted like $50 bucks buying packs but no more SDS. Unless you give me Trout in a pack I won't be wasting any more money on stubs.

Bought 10 pack - pulled deGrom -> sold him as already have him, bought 50 pack, pulled only Kershaw, sold some golds and silvers, bought another 10 pack and pulled Arenado lol -
Pulled Bagwell, Arendo, Acuna, and Morton this morning, ripped about 200 packs

I have opened 252 the show packs and not one diamond. I would prefer the the game stop giving me packs at this point as they are depressing. luckily this game gives good rewards for just playing or I would walk away.
