How Are Teleporting Pitches Still a Thing?

Playing an event game, and pitches with perfect input (pinpoint) are just teleporting to a random spot no where near the intended location.
Although this doesn’t happen often, it cannot happen in H2H play at all, period. If what I just experienced happened in a Ranked game, or a Weekend Classic game, I would be furious.
It makes your game nearly unplayable and leads to a very frustrating experience.
SDS, this must be resolved. Please acknowledge that you are aware of this issue and working towards a resolution. Much appreciated.
