When was the last major roster update?

Almost 3 weeks ago, I believe. It's an update every 3 weeks, with the second one coming tomorrow.

Might help to clarify the terminology.
When SDS says "roster update", they mean transactions and position changes.
When SDS says "attribute update", they mean changing attributes and OVRs. -
OP can see this info on website or app. The last major update was 5/2/25. I think you can also see this on console.
