Disconnect Troubleshooting

Hey, I'm trying to complete the MiniSeasons but I'm getting disconnected in the middle of games for the last two days.
My PS5 is still signed in to my account and the connection looks fine. When I close the game and reopen, I'm connected again. But then it disconnects in the middle of a game, which y'all know counts as a loss.
I need to figure this out before I get into the two playoff series.
Is there a way to find out if this is my internet, a flaw in the mode, or a server in my area?
I've checked the MLBtS X account and have seen no issues.
I can't find a troubleshooting page for this.Any ideas?

It it’s not already, try switching your PS5 to wireless mode. A while ago I kept getting disconnected, and this solved my problem.

I think I fixed it--My PS5 still had old router info in there. When my new router's connection slowed, it tried to switch to the other one, which disconnected me completely. I went in to the setup and selected "forget this network" on the old one.
