Game connection issues

Yesterday I got disconnected from the internet while playing the show .
I'm curious if it's the game causing it as it's only happened while playing mlbts .
I'm going to try playing other games today to see if it's the game or my router .
Anyone else having a similar problem?
I have an Xbox series x .
Also while this happened my phone was showing it was still connected to wifi that's why I thought it was the game . -
It happened again playing vs the cpu
