Did they change diamond quest?

I mean that is better than 50/50 chance with 8 pulls of nothing. No ballin packs either

Brutal

@TripleH-4481_PSN I play the stadiums on legend, 3 times yesterday i didn't get the epic and it was above 80% each time.
And not once in the ~6 times I played did i get both of the epics. Again, 80%.
-
Uggh. That’s even worse. They are clearly putting the screws to people this year and it stinks. If the goal is to drive people away they are hitting a home run if they keep this current path.
-
Thanks everyone for validating my choice to just ignore a mode that is asking me to gamble with my time in the game for potentially no reward.
I'll take
"If you do this and succeed you will earn the reward".
over
"If you do this and succeed then you might get the reward".
-
Completely understand on that. DQ allows elite players to farm stubs while penalizing average players with a significant chance you won’t walk away with the reward despite playing the whole map.
Besides the above point, the fact they rolled out GOAT difficulty when very few people even play on legend shows you just who they are targeting and catering to at this point.
They effectively improved the game experience for elite players and made it worse for the majority of their player base simultaneously. Very strange decision on their part.

DQ has definitely been nerfed, no doubt about it. It was my main way of getting stubs and packs. SDS couldn't have that going on lol.
-
I'm 3 for 3 on getting the epics on All-Star with a 70% chance. I guess they didn't nerf it for my account!

@TripleH-4481_PSN I am really really far away from being elite … but I am 7/8 on my last goat stadium challenges … mixture of close to perfect pitching (otherwise Ian Kinsler will burn you
), patient hitting, guess pitching, a bunt here and there and good use of your whole pitching staff and bench.
Maybe we are all „mindset-broken“ … do something (quick) and get rewarded (big). That is not how DQ is set up and since we are having the 6th (if I am right), this is how they wanna have it set up.
Imo this mode is set up to challenge players to play 1-3 difficulty steps above their „normal“ setting. It is a mixture of a few fun challenges with a team of your choice. The more you do, the higher the chances. I had a couple of runs with prox 70% rating on Hall-of-Fame. This is really doable, you gotta play really good tho.
And because the rewards (right now we are speaking of at least 20K stubs per run) are still high, it is an awesome mode to challenge the single player users. Remember: You do not have to play on HOF, but All-Star should possilble for many. Yes, it could be no rare rewards, but I still see it as a fun single player mode with awesome rewards. If the mode was not that hard, the rewards would not be that big (at least from a stub standpoint)
And the biggest advice: If you want the „I play casual, I want a very quick, very easy“-experience and still get the big rewards, this is not the mode for you

The sds defenders are here.

I’m not elite, I can’t play head to head thanks to TMobile “looking out for my privacy”, which is another gripe for another day. I can’t pitch pinpoint to save my [censored], but I’m going around 80-85% success on the stadium challenges on GOAT. I have had to change how I play, drag bunt a lot more, and don’t really play the way I like to play, but the rewards are there so fire around a half hour I can make around 15-20k on average. Do that a few times a day and you build a nice stub stack. There are ways to beat the cpu, but it forces you to be more strategic than putting ~100 power mashers in your lineup and playing like you do in mini seasons or play vs cpu in coors.
I did have a real crappy situation happen today in the Garrett Crochet stadium. I beat his stadium on goat and had 100% odds on a BIAH pack, and high 70s on the Crochet card. I was rewarded with a bronze pack. I had completed the map at that point so I backed out and went to my inventory to see if it was a visual bug. Nope, I got a bronze pack. I filled a ticket and Miguel from SDS emailed me a cut and paste response that said “ Hello- Thanks for the message. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to add XP/rewards, wins or remove losses from any account. Thank you for playing The Show!”
Basically, they don’t care. They can pull your orders and refund your stubs at will across thousands of orders, yet they can’t send a BIAH pack to your account after they check the game log? I call bs. They choose to hide behind their cut and paste responses. /rant

I got the same reply, that @LHUBison58_XBL , got when I msgd SDS about my missing 50pk bundle.
And it was on a Wed.
It's a Copy and Paste answer. Has been the same response for years.
I highly doubt Migel, if he even still works there, types put that response every single time.
Just rt click, paste, submit.

Unfortunately that is how a lot of customer support places work these days. I've been retired for several years now but worked in customer support for many years in an IT department and kept seeing it move in that direction right up until the point that they outsourced all the support and let us all go.

This mode is terrible in so many ways.
