Hitting lag on XBOX

Hello everyone,
Everything was going well until yesterday's update and now when I do the training minigame or when I go in game, there is a terrible hitting lag.
My PCI moves in stutters, but also when I press A to hit, it lags so badly.
Anyone have this problem or a work around? I tried the Storyline too, it does the same

I reinstalled the game and it's still problematic.

Do you occasionally unplug your system, wait a minute or two, and plug it back in. This will clear the system cache and can improve performance.
The show, no matter how anyone tries to spin it, is not properly optimized to run on these consoles. Too many corners were cut when porting the game from previous consoles, and it won't get better without removing legacy code, which costs time and money.

Yea, it's not working. I don't understand, everything was going fine and all of sudden I can't hit anything, the lags makes it I am always late...

How old is your controller? If your PCI is moving weird with or without input, it could be a case of stick drift. You’ll have to get a new controller unfortunately.

i noticed today i was late on pitches but after a while got use to it and now am not noticing any issues.
