Unable to upload Logos to Vault

Unable to upload logos to vault. Keep getting "An unhandled server exception occurred." message every time.

Now, there's like 7 of them in the vault!

Do not re-upload. Even though it displays that error message, it should upload eventually. Just upload your logo, then check back in an hour or so and it should show up under your custom logos.
