Make MLB the Show more realistic in all game modes

I would love to offer feedback to make all game modes more realistic. Is there any way to incorporate manager challenges on every play regardless of settings a user chooses to play on like real life?

Similar to how Madden has a challenge option in the pause menu. Thank you
