Game freezing while trying to warm up relief pitchets

Just got the game. So disappointed that it has frozen three times in a row on my first game. Each time it froze in the same moment, after I’ve selected a pitcher to warm up and then attempt to exit the pause screen. The issue is game breaking especially since I haven’t yet found the way to auto save after each half inning like the show 2024 did.

This issue is something that the team is aware of and they're looking into it. Hoping to have more to share soon.
In the meantime, sorry this is how your first experience with the game is going. I know how absolutely maddening that kind of thing can be.

it's good to know you are working on it. Some input from my experience.
It happened to me when I first started playing in a created stadium. The issue was elevation being transposed with capacity. My solution was to completely rebuild my created stadium with correct elevation and capacity and not upload it to the vault. I've played dozens of games since then and no issues.

@sullivanspring_MLBTS it’s the first spring training game so it’s happening in Datepalm field or whatever the default is.

Can’t you put warmup to off? Or just the 8 pitches when you bring a RP in?

The reason I asked is because at launch that was happened but only in created stadiums. Assuming he is playing with all updates installed that's puzzling. I still haven't had a game freeze since I built my own stadium from scratch.

@yankblan_PSN It doesn't matter if you turn that off. It's when you go into your bullpen to select a reliever. When you come out the game is "frozen" it's still active, but it won't allow you to do anything. No button inputs do anything if that makes sense.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Is there any update here? Been a while and I had the problem happen again today. I have been able to play a couple of games, but again when I go to the bullpen it froze on me today.

No it is not. It keeps happening in the warm up screen and freezes when you try to exit out. A couple of times I was able to change the pitcher to get out of screen but you have to toggle the buttons and the bumpers really fast and you get lucky.
Crazy this isn't fixed yet.
