Game freezing after lastest update

ya happens in the DD lineup menu a lot. When I want to sub someone out it just freezes.

This is by far the most buggy game SDS has ever put out. From frame rate issues, to crazy non prompted slides, crazy animation glitches, audio bugs, overheating consoles, and now freezing. We all paid close to or over $100 for the game, and it's been never ending. This needs addressed immediately. It's unacceptable to have to wait until the next game update to fix this issue. I think we as consumers could understand if it was a few minor (nor game ruining) bugs and glitches, but these are major problems that never stop. It's like SDS addressed something, and then something new pops up and then we're all forced to wait while it's "being investigated" and hope for a hot patch that never comes ultimately waiting for the next update or the one after that. This is getting ridiculous SDS.

Had the lead in 2 games in franchise mode. Go to bullpen to warm up pitchers. Come back to screen and it’s frozen. It’s bad enough that there isn’t season mode where you can play a shortened season, but when you lose 2 games in franchise mode due to freezing in a 162 game, it’s frustrating.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN Keeps happening to me in franchise mode. Go to bullpen and warm up pitchers. Go back to game screen and it freezes

I have now lost 3 games and progress due to bullpen freeze. Has happened once in Vs. CPU and twice in MiniSeasons. Seriously, I'm putting time into a game that is freezing on me and making any progress I make during the game useless because the only way out of the frozen screen is to shut the game down. Can someone please fix this? What's the point of double PXP is a glitch makes it useless to try to earn any?

Never had freezes and now everytime. And always after 3th inning and always when i am winning. Also losing my progress. Fix it please

I'm currently using a terrible work around for franchise mode. I save and exit once I've exhausted my starter then I load the game back up and have to warm up one reliever, schedule to put into game and back out, hope that it doesn't freeze. Then I have to basically go through that process every time I need to go to the bullpen. It's very annoying and frustrating but this is the only work around I've found for franchise. Any yet, SDS is quiet as a church mouse while this is going on.

For me it freezed once after coming back From Pause Menu. Had to turn off The PS manuelly.

So far I've lost at least one full Diamond Quest and a sweeper game when my game froze after scheduling my closer to come in after I took the lead in the 3rd of 4th inning

DD Mini-Season, Top of the 4th, just took the lead, got closer up in bullpen & now frozen on pause menu. Absolutely ridiculous, complete waste of time & game will now be an L.

This has happened to me several times, mostly in mini seasons, which sucks because the game gets marked as a loss. I think I just figured out that it happens in the 3rd inning or later and only when I warm up pitchers while I am batting. I don't experience the problem if I get them warmed up while I'm still pitching in the second inning....or third, if it goes extras. Try that work around, until they fix this.

Will be a patch to fix this? I have had this issue a couple of times now in the past few weeks in franchise mode. Kinda annoying

Lost five games in new mini season over the past couple days to the freezing glitch and one DQ on the second stadium. Ridiculous!!
