Can you please give us the option to have no batting helmet? Like, if we want to create turn of the 20th Century players it would look more authentic to have them wear just a cap.

Yep. The PPA(pixelated players association,which covers players from all video games sports) just had to renegotiate their health coverage plan,I'm sure they will want to take it easy on the new coverage.too many brutal injuries made them lose the last coverage after all

Unfortunately, you would be surprised by what MLB allows versus what they don't allow in their video games. Much like the NFL, MLB can be a bit too strict in this regard.
