Problems/Glitches with Win/Loss Record

I know it's not just me because my brother is having this problem too.
I logged in after 5 days and now my account says I'm 0-18 (W-L) on my account. When I check the leaderboard, it says 0-18 and when I check my universal profile, it's 0-0. But, I know for a fact I've only played 5 games in total since the game came out using ranked play.
Not sure what else to do. I've tried to unlink my account because it says that my account on the show.com is the account that has 0-18 and my PSN has 0-0.
