Can we get a octavio dotel program even if is small would appreciate it.

They would need his rights as they don't currently have them, plus they're probably not adding anymore new legends to the game

They usually sprinkle in a few new names during the live cycle. It won't be a headliner like A-Rod or Bonds, but prominent players like Honus/Thome/Walker/Halladay/Delgado were all mid season additions to The Show with no warning.
The Dotel situation was tragic, but as already mentioned they can't just make up a program without having him signed to a deal.
