So my internet died will my xp and March to October World Series wins count when I return back to online mode in diamond dynasty

All that should be stored on servers. Shouldn't be any different than if your PS breaks.

If your internet died and then you played games in MTO, make sure you don't delete the files off the PS4. They should be fine when you log back in but I don't know for sure. The MTO must be saved on your PS4 and not online because you can play and complete that mode offline with no internet connection and then it can't be saved online.
