Will quick resume ever work properly?

It sort of works now, but the audio is muted most of the time, requiring a total reset on Xbox. It's not a huge deal, but other games have worked perfectly on the PS5/Xbox for years now with quick resume.

Quick resume?
On Xbox, you can quickly resume games where you left off. So, let's say you go to another game; you can switch back and forth seamlessly without having to launch the game from the intro every time. But usually, the show would just mute the audio completely and require a restart.

It's about 50/50 for me. I don't get kicked from the servers most of the time, but the game is completely muted, and I don't even get the soundtrack or announcer volume.

With the way announcers and crowds are this year,that might not be a bad thing.
