Croos play not working on ps5

why is my cross play on ps5 lock and i change on ps5 but stil not working. so when i try to play challenge of the week it dosent work and when i play online i only ply agaist ps5 player

Challenge of the week. Are you certain you have enabled cross play? How are you doing this?

yh on profile to mlb 25, on profile on cross it has a lock on it an says no

If you are getting a message that your cross play is disabled when trying to do the challenge of the week then it is not turned on. Since nobody is there to see what the error is I would suggest looking at youtube or tiktok videos to make sure you aren't doing something wrong. I'm pretty sure that there is no point to do the challenge since the leaderboard is full of cheaters.
