Co-Op Pitching

Can someone please assist? I play co-op with some friends but they want me to be the pitcher full time. When I searched online it said we could set a specific pitcher but I'm not finding any way to do so nor an explanation. Is this possible? If so, how do we do it? I appreciate anyone who takes the time to assist.

Just tell your mates you've got it. Every inning pick your pitches and location and throw it. I've done this and one out of three innings it works. The other two innings you'll end up throwing fastballs down the middle but success in baseball is only failing seven out of ten times.
