Check swings needs fixed NOW!

I just played a game and lost were my oppent literally check swung 41 times. I went and checked the hitting batter chart. He was called 4 times and struck out 3 with all 3 of them being called strikes he checked on. I check swung 7 and got called 6 times. This is the BS SDS has us trying to believe for a competitive gameplay experience.

Check swings are neck and neck with CPU fielding as my biggest grievance in this game
