Random losses

I know there’s always been a freeze off problem which I get cuz of how the connection works. But my last 2 wins were counted as losses after my opponent left. Both times I get a huge hit and go up big and they leave. Then I get the loss and lose rating? I just wasted 2 hours winning games to get nothing. Kind of interesting.
