Now and Later/Willie Mays Digital 2024 Disk 2025

How did most of you get yours for 2025? I completed my missions and did receive the 2024 via digital, this year because I wanted the Topps card purchased the Disk version. I didn't receive the packs and my screen name remained the same. Is it because I now went from Digital to disk I didn't receive my 2025 rewards? Hopefully someone has an answer.

They went out right after game launched,if they missed you,you have to submit a ticket telling them you didn't get them.
