Franchise Roster Update - Vaults

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping by the end of the weekend to provide our franchise users the best possible roster update. I understand everyone’s frustration when it comes to franchise rosters and I am also one of them. My plan is to focus more on contracts, positional depth charts, 40 man roster, active roster, prospects, payrolls. I don’t plan to edit ratings just yet, as I will wait to see how players perform in the first few weeks. However, I promise to provide my best work in the areas listed above. This sounds great. How do you change the contract though?

I use a combination of mlb.com (team sites), fan graphs roster resource, and MLB the Show itself as my three resources for edits. Contracts can be edited for individual players through the games roster edits.
Players with guaranteed money and years are edited to match the closest dollar amount based off of AAV per year, and minor leaguers with service time are based off mlb minimum 000,000 and minor leaguers with no service time get the MILB minimum salary. -
Sweet! Appreciate the effort. Want to start Franchise but waiting on recent trades and also the recend contract extensions that are going to matter a lot. Started a Franchise already and 3 players were on the trade block that teams extended in real life. Felt so unrealistic from the start that I could not get into it

I play with the Rays. Getting older with a kid on the way so probably my last MLB The Show game and want to start a realistic Franchise to play for years to come. Rays rosters is pretty accurate besides a few contracts that are lower than real life which helps me but still unrealistic. I just am looking for a few of the recent trades and then contract extensions like Crochet, Lawerence Butler. Cal Raleigh, Ketel Marte, Kristian Campbell (red sox young guy) Jackson Merrill

@AndyWilk09_PSN I thought I was the only person who edited everyone to make it realistic. From what they wear, to their pitch mix, velocity of pitches, break of pitches, attributes, etc….
