Facescan

As the title suggests, I am having facescan issues. I am able to do everything I need to do. It tells me my face was uploaded. Nothing shows up in the show 25. So I'm unable to use my face for this create a player process. Please help resolve this issue.

I can't even get the camera to open on the app. All it does is loading. And, yes, I do have the permissions set right and downloaded the camera through the app.
