Played the Pipeline DQ 4 times now and each time got the Cubs card. Are the rare rewards randomized or do you always get the Cub card before the Reds card?

1 rare and 1 epic in each stadium,not sure the pipeline one now,but the NT one the AL stadium on the left and is vs Texas and has buehler and burger and the NL stadium on the right and is vs the giants and has Adams and heyward.
