MLB The Show 25 RTTS Equipment Not Saving

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am currently on the road to the show.
I have put my equipment that I have in my inventory on my player roughly 3 or four times so far. Every time that I do, it never stays on them. I thought in the beginning it was because I didn't save or something, but it's not that. I will play a few games and then I have to open a package and then when I go to check to see what I got in my equipment, I see that all of the stuff that I had just put on an hour or so prior is not on my character anymore.
Just to make sure that I'm clear, I still have all of the equipment. It's just that I have to re-equipped it every time that I go Into the equipment section of the menu.So, am I missing something? Is there a new feature that I have to turn on or off or something? Am I the only one having this issue? Is the game like this now where I have to put the ball players equipment on every time?

@MySonLovesMe809_XBL it started working for me out of no where. Not sure what happened. Everything stays on for me now. It took about a week and then it just randomly started working when I equipped it.
