Game crashing on xbox. Please help!!!

Everytime I load into game mode (dynasty l, classic,rtts, etc) the game just crashes. If I start at bat I can get few swings before it crashes, or in rtts I was at one point able to play a few innings, but whenever it’s time for me to pitch in any mode even options explore the game crashes it has happens everytime I loaded the game. I have reset my Xbox delated and redownloaded the game, even refunded and rebought. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this
