MLB The Show 24/25 Transfer Items

Hey, so I'm new to The Show series in general. I haven't ever purchased an MLB The Show game other than 24 and 25.
So, the question I have is, is there a way that I can transfer Icons, DD Artwork/Team, stubs, and almost everything or anything of value to the player over to MLB The Show 25 from The Show 24?
Personally, all I really want is the Icons and Stubs. I also never got any of my Now & Laters.
My account on The Show 24 is linked to to The Show, PSN, Xbox, and my Twitch account (for the twitch drops) but it show that I have nothing else attached to my account on 25. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or what's wrong with what I'm doing.
I was wondering if anyone could help me out or give me any tips.
I'd greatly appreciate any and all help I could get!Thank you again!

Sorry man nothing transfers over, every year starts a new grind.

Yea stubs would be impossible to transfer over. By the end of one game people usually have so many unused stubs its insane. The economy would be outrageous for the start of next game if they did. And people who didnt grind hard the year before would never be able to catch up, because card prices would be at least 10X what they are now.

Thanks for the reply guys! That's unfortunate that we can't have some of the things we worked for. Having the icons and banners would be nice! If they could have at least made new icons then transferred the old ones, that would have been something.
