Packages Problem

This might have already been mentioned on here, but I recently completed two boss challenges to get two packages. When I go to open them, it says I have none. Is this normal and they’ll show up later, or is it a problem?

It has been fixed in terms of what happened immediately after Update 4 was released and applied. I'm guessing SDS messed up the package link to the server, which is how the packages get sent to your console copy of the game. Even though this wasn't directly mentioned in any fixes, I'm thinking since this was an issue with the SDS server, it was fixed without having to patch the game.

Yea but they haven't credited anyone's account for their screw up. I'm still missing 4 packages.

Think the problem stems from not being signed into the servers. You can exit RTTS, sign into diamond dynasty then back out to RTTS and it fixes the issue. Packages you get while offline you will likely not be credit for from my experience.

Yes and no. There was a message about needing to be logged in to the server, but the main screen menu indicated that one was logged in, and once logged in, there is no way to force a second login. SO, it was a bug somewhere introduced around the time Update #4 was released, and my guess is someone at SDS cut the feed link between the packages and the customer games and this got fixed only after the bug reports were submitted.
And yes, I don't think SDS went back to determine packages denied and award them after the fact, nor do I think they possess the logistical means to do something like that.
