Face scan not loading

So when I try to open up face scan for the show 25 on the app it seems to be stuck on a loading circle when trying to open the camera and I've waited for 30 minutes on the same screen but nothing changed but, when I tried doing face scan for the show 24 it worked perfectly fine.

I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but there were no differences.

Can anyone help me figure this out?
