Currently I’m hovering between PR and WC division, but I saw some users mention precision rings and figured I would try them out since I was struggling hitting in RS. Currently I’m hovering between PR and WC division. First game using them I had 16 hits, 8 HR, and won 11-1. I had not had a game anywhere close to those numbers before. So my honest review is they rock 😂

I just got some on Saturday and I agree with you. My hitting has gone up. Those green ones are money.

Been thinking of getting some, but does it affect fielding, i read somewhere it’s good for hitting but makes it harder to get to balls fielding.

You just have to press the analog stick harder, but I noticed no negative impact. The benefits definitely outweigh any negatives. I do only use it on the left analog stick though because it makes pinpoint pitching impossible.

How do the precision rings help?

The silicone pad on one of my thumb sticks has come off (I tried gluing it back on…ech), so I need to get a new pair. I like how they raise the stick and give me more control. Should I ditch the thumb stick and go for precision rings instead?

I use both! The precision rings provide a soft resistance so when you are trying to lineup the pci you don’t slam it in the direction your me going and mishit/miss the pitch.

I use an Xbox pro controller and have a set up for hitting that slows the left stick, I ordered a pair of these to try and see what works best for me.

When you first get them they're not broken in as much and if you lightly touch your joystick normally then you'll be putting your fielders into a light jog with precision rings.

Took me a few games to get used to it. But been using them for atleast like 2 years.Amazon and temu have knockoffs because they do wear out and flake after a while.

@GooseOnEm_PSN, do you use the soft rings? I bought a pack without thinking much about it, first, and ended up with a pack that contained only medium and hard... was too much of a hindrance to fielding, for my taste, but I do tend to overshoot with my PCI, so was thinking of trying soft to find a happy medium (not the sad, sad medium that I bought).

I did the same thing and I did not like the medium. I ordered a new pack that had the green (soft) ones and loved them! I’ve never had so many perfect perfects in a game!

@The_Joneser_PSN That's what I did as well. I returned them to amazon for the pack with the greens. There have been money.

I have these bad boys now, and while it makes hitting a lot easier for a PCI dropper like me, my god i have to SLAM those sticks to make my OF not lazily jog

No joke i got some the other the other day and i felt the difference soon as i did. I managed to do the Spring Breakout showdown 4 times in a row without starting over...and i was never in danger of blowing it. That [censored] never happens.

I've also done all the Diamond Quests with enough showdowns/moments done to get all rewards. I might actually get back online this year.
