Packages not showing up?

I've only been getting the packages from the agent and not from the in-game challenges.

It looks like RTTS was completed untouched in game update #4?? How is that possible — it’s filled with bugs!

I am not getting my packages either, and my pitching perks won't unlock

I should have got 4 in-game award packages, but they don’t show up. I can only get one package from the 10-games award. I stop playing until they fixed it! Can’t accept for these kind of bugs from a $70 game which with in-game transactions!

@ChewyDinosaur_XBL came here to post about this, I’ve probably lost out on over 10 packages at this point. I win boss challenges and my one every 10 games show up maybe half the time.

Same issue here not getting packages obtained on dynamic challenge. Packages are one of the best part of the new RTTS and is bugged now

I was getting packages yesterday til about 10 am PST, then nothing. I’ve played half a season yesterday (7 hrs) and probably accumulated over 70 packages on boss challenges and dynamic challenges…
The best part is if you go back to the clubhouse, the reminder that you have packages pops up, I then push the button to open packages menu and there is nothing there. Glad I’m not the only one having this issue.
I did put in a ticket to San Diego studios, we will see how long until I get a response. Hope they find a way to compensate, as the packages are a huge way to complete my inventory of equipment.

Starting today 3/26/25 I haven't received a single dynamic challenge package. Comes up blank. This bug is a bummer.

I submitted a bug report using this site's game feedback option on this issue. I materialized only after update four was released. My suggestion is for everyone to submit a similar ticket if you haven't already done so.

Yup I have gotten many in game ones and they disappear

Someone commented on Reddit that they took it out because people were exploiting it by using a certain roster that gives them 2 packages after every game and dashboarding after every series

Same. Issue I earn the package it shows on the menu and when u try to open it it disappears

Would be nice if they acknowledged it and gave everyone a gift of 10 or so packages because I have lost over 20 I'm sure. They either never showed up, or disappeared when I clicked x. That's is actually a fun and rewarding thing to look forward to after a game and they simply didn't show up for two days and SDS hasn't said a thing. They just silently went in and patched the horrible audio bugs and fixed the packages but said nothing and offered nothing...I guess they get their $70 and we get the same game with more bugs and no rewards...that's quality for ya. What a disappointment that they seemingly have zero regard for any of us, just our money.
At least admit it and offer us an apology. -
@SchnauzerFace_MLBTS 100% support this statement. After reading the articles here about how great the "New" audio presentation is...I'm wondering if after they wrote the article they actually forgot to include the new stuff... because as far as I can tell....every single line of audio is identical, verbatim...to 24 in RTTS...they added the stuff they cut last year and are calling it new. It's obvious they didn't do anything really to game play or presentation...even the replays are exactly the same there is nothing new to see or hear...the crowd wasn't even cheering the first week when you hit a home run and the away crowd would cheer for your team...messy for sure.
