2x Multiplier Not Working?

My RTTS dude got promoted to the big leagues, and I haven’t been getting my 2X point multiplier. At the end of each calendar month, my coach tells me he’s happy with my performance on the field and I’m supposed to get a 2X multiplier for the coins or perks or whatever. It hasn’t worked either time. Has anyone else noticed this?

SDS is aware and are working on a fix. Hopefully it’ll be fixed in the next update, I’ve lost hundreds of tokens at this point myself

Question, are you by chance on the Detroit Tigers? I’m asking because I started a new build and it’s working. This time I got picked by the Orioles

I've had this problem as well even as AA and AAA... literally lost hundreds of tokens as you say because I chose to be a starting pitcher, easily get 900-1000 tokens with regular so.... ya really hope SDS figures it out ASAP!

Nope, I got drafted by the Astros.
Not to derail, but is the agent checking in way less frequently this year for you too? I want to be on just about any team but Houston (hate that stadium), but I haven’t had a check in from my agent. I remember in previous years he would always call me at the end of the season and I could tell him I wasn’t happy and wanted a trade. Hopefully that hasn’t disappeared for good because I really don’t want to play another 4.5 seasons with Houston!

@SchnauzerFace_MLBTS yes, it's broken and the devs are working on a fix. It takes four seasons to completely upgrade a character all the way.

My 2x for tokens quit working today as well.
