What's the real reason why TS Is not on subscription services

So, I was wondering why MLB The Show 25 was not on subscription services this series, is it due to licensing issues? The 4 other previous series was on subscription services Xbox User, then for some reason it isn't on subscription services. Has there been any plans to bring future series back. And what's the full reason why it is not on it?

Probably because it's only on next gen consoles now and it's to difficult to have the GamePass service distinguish the difference.

The real reason is something only Sony/SDS and Microsoft know and i dont think they're gonna answer your question any time soon because.....well....its none of your business, really.
