Does anyone know how I can fix this issue with my account? It’s the one I used for the pre-order and have been playing with since the game was released. It seems like San Diego Studio has people working there who don’t even know what they’re doing because no matter how much you explain the problem, they can’t solve it for anyone.
So here’s what happened: As I mentioned, I pre-ordered the game and was playing normally without any issues. But last night, I unlinked my PlayStation account to link it with Xbox. I played for about 4 hours on Xbox, but when I decided to go back to PlayStation and launched the game, I noticed that all my rewards were gone.
So I went to theshow.com to link my account again, but now I’m getting this error:
‘The console account you’re trying to link is already linked to another MLB The Show Account.’
Does anyone know how to fix this?”**

When you relinked, did you make your XBox the primary account? That would hide your stuff on PS. Unlink again and when you relink, make sure your PS is primary. You’ll hide all the stuff you did on XBox, but you’ll see your PS stuff again.
Many people forget that the accounts don’t co-exist when linked. One account is the boss and shares their stuff with their underlings.

Start from scratch. Unlink everything and then make sure you see your progress in your game before linking everything back up. Then one account at a time, link them. After linking one account, check your game progress to make sure it is still there. Then link the next account.
The account you want to see your progress on is the account you want to be your primary account.
If, after unlinking everything, you don't see your progress on any of your games, then you need to send in a support ticket.
I hope this helps.
Edit: Also, remember, the game servers remember your progress by your account. If you log into a different MLBTS, PS, or XBox account than the one you were on when you made progress, you won't see your progress because it will think you are a different person.

@Blind_Bleeder_PSN bro im still have the same rpoblem i cant linked my account to ps5 the think in xbox everting work perfect i hace al, my reward and the account im tLKING ABOUT IS THE ccount i make the pre-order.... im write to SDS more that 6 time and only recive the same email explian how to linking account to ps and xbox.. they i have IA to repond email no body read you email wowwww paid 100 us for game and no body cant explain to why you can link u account to playstation
