Will Live Series card prices go up or down once everyone can play the game
-
I want to buy Seager LS card, but was wondering after tonight when it's available for everyone, will the prices go up or down? Am I better off waiting until later in the week?
-
Yes they will. some will go up some will go down(talking all cards, not just diamonds) demand will erase most current stock, all the packs(including all the now and later packs)will replenish and counter the increased demand
Impossible to say what the end result will be.
There are a few things I'm gonna get before the market changes, but I'm taking the chance on most of it.
I know this doesn't help, but nothing can right now. -
That A's closer will probably go up, hes got outlier and is a solid card. Set gets you another solid closer as well

My suspicion is that SDS is aiming to keep Live Series prices high throughout the year
Less packs
Less stubs
No shop exclusive cards, they all enter the normal packs and dilute the ls rateI could be wrong on this, but I feel that SDS is trying to find a way to increase stub sales while still being player friendly and I think a large portion of the player base would prefer live series being tougher to get with the tradeoff of shop packs being able to be earned more easily and have cheap market prices

@Teak2112_MLBTS everyone said the same thing last year, too.I finished the Live series earlier than I ever had though…
In fact, I actually owned every card in ‘24. I’ve never done that before! So I’m not sure if SDS is actually cutting stubs/packs, or if it always just fees like it easy in the season.

@Teak2112_MLBTS Of course packs and stubs are not flooded into the game. It was always that way and it is understandable. But it has never mattered for flipping (at least since 21)
